Equinoccio, Solsticio

Como no hemos podido corregir la actividad que os propuse el viernes, os dejo esta información para los que podéis acceder a internet y cuando vuelva, lo corregimos en clase.

An equinox occurs twice a year (around 20, 21 March and 22, 23 September), when the tilt of the Earth's axis is inclined neither away from nor towards the Sun, the center of the Sun being in the same plane as the Earth's equator.
For most locations on earth, there are two distinct identifiable days per year when the length of day and night are closest to being equal.

A solstice is an astronomical event that happens twice each year when the Sun reaches its highest position in the sky as seen from the North or South Pole.
The day of the solstice is either the "longest day of the year" (in summer) or the "shortest day of the year" (in winter) for any place on Earth.
